By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Services

We offer two types of products:

  • Digital Products: Including PDFs, ebooks, audio files, courses, and other downloadable content
  • Physical Products: Print-on-demand items manufactured and shipped by our fulfillment partners

3. Digital Products - License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital product from The North Star, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use only. You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital content with others
  • Upload the content to file-sharing platforms or public websites
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission
  • Use the content for commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized
  • Transfer your license to another person or entity

All digital products remain the intellectual property of The North Star and are protected by copyright laws.

4. Digital Product Delivery and Access

Digital products are delivered via download link sent to your email address after payment confirmation. Download links are valid for a limited time and have a maximum number of download attempts. You are responsible for:

  • Downloading your products within the specified timeframe
  • Storing your files securely on your own devices
  • Providing a valid email address for delivery

We are not responsible for lost or expired download links due to customer delay or email delivery issues beyond our control.

5. Print-on-Demand Products

Physical products are manufactured on-demand after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before shipping. Because items are custom-made for you:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Customization errors should be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.

7. Refunds and Returns

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the product has been downloaded. Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Technical defects that prevent access to the product
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Significant misrepresentation of product content

Physical Products: We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

8. Shipping

Shipping charges apply only to physical products and are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight. Digital products have no shipping charges. We ship to addresses provided by the customer and are not responsible for incorrect addresses or failed deliveries due to customer error.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The North Star or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the State where The North Star is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
