REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At The North Star, we offer both physical and digital products. Please review the policy that applies to your purchase below.


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Print-on-Demand Items)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a physical product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at iamkpsmith@yahoo.com within 15 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return shipping instructions
  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, contact us immediately at iamkpsmith@yahoo.com with photos. We'll replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Technical Issues Only: If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from downloading or accessing your digital product, please contact us at iamkpsmith@yahoo.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund if we cannot deliver the product successfully.

Technical issues we can help with:

  • Broken or corrupted download links
  • File format incompatibility (if not disclosed in product description)
  • Missing files from your purchase

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind after download
  • Failure to download within the expiration period
  • Sharing or distributing files (violates our Terms of Service)
  • Compatibility issues disclosed in the product description

Important Reminder: Digital products are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited and will result in license termination without refund.
