At The North Star, we offer both digital products and physical print-on-demand items. Our shipping policies differ based on the type of product you purchase.

Digital Products - No Shipping Required

Digital products (PDFs, ebooks, audio files, courses, and other downloadable content) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. There are no shipping charges for digital products.

Delivery Method: Digital products are delivered via email with a download link immediately after your payment is confirmed. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email within 15 minutes.

Download Access: Download links are valid for a limited time and have a maximum number of download attempts. Please download your files promptly and store them securely on your own devices.

Physical Products - Print-on-Demand Shipping

Physical products are custom-made on-demand through our fulfillment partner, Printify, and shipped directly to your address.

Processing Time

Production typically takes 2-7 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product type and customization complexity
  • Current order volume
  • Fulfillment facility location

Once production is complete, your item will be shipped and you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5-10 business days after production
  • Express Shipping (US): 2-5 business days after production (if available)
  • International Shipping: 10-30 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing

Note: Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and the fulfillment facility. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship physical products to addresses in the United States and select international locations. Shipping availability and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Mixed Orders (Digital + Physical Products)

If your order contains both digital and physical products:

  • Digital items will be delivered immediately via email
  • Physical items will ship separately according to the print-on-demand timeline above
  • Shipping charges apply only to the physical items in your order

Order Tracking

Once your physical product ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your purchase. We ship to the address you provide at checkout and cannot be held responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information
  • Failed deliveries due to undeliverable addresses

Address changes may not be possible once an order enters production. Contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. Contact us if the package cannot be located after 7 days

Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number
  3. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund

International Orders

For international shipments, please note:

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be delayed by customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
  • Restricted Items: Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries due to customs restrictions.

Order Cancellations

Physical product orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been accessed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a carrier facility, you will be responsible for reshipping costs if you wish to have the item resent.
